 King James I called together all clan leaders to conclude a peace treaty and bury the hatchet. This worked wonderfully until the king died and there was not much peace left. Walking to Highland Cathedral expresses the journey that all clan leaders make towards St-Columba Church. (Higland Cathedral). In an introductory part you get an idea of the beautiful nature of the Scottish highlands. In a second part you hear the death of King James I. The bells are ringing and in the distance a piper comes introduces the well-known Highland Cathedral.

Koning James I riep alle clanleiders bij elkaar om een vredesverdrag te sluiten en de strijdbijl te begraven. Dit lukte wonderwel tot de koning stierf en er van de vrede niet veel meer over bleef. Walking to Highland Cathedral verklankt de reis die alle clanleiders maken richting St- Columba Church. In een inleidend deel krijg je een beeld van de prachtige natuur van de Schotse hooglanden. In een Tweede deel hoor je de dood van koning James I. De klokken luiden en in de verte komt er een piper die het alom bekende highland cathedral inleidt.
